Members that actually had some rebuilding funds on hand should be rewarded in some way I'm not sure of yet. I'll figure something appropriate. After we get back to normal, I want everyone to build a stock of creds. 7 creds got my infra up to a decent income lvl. I believe that if we deal at least equal damage in a war, but rebuild much faster, that we come out far ahead.

Why "Mikey War"? First stage is revamped a bit, based on funds and cost effectiveness. We're going to get as many as possible to 1k first. It'll go much faster.
